Unable to redeem a 12 month pre-paid xbox live code - "something went wrong"

When I try to redeem a 12 month live code I get the following error on my xbox one and in my browser:

"XbosOffer

33cbbc45-90a2-42fc-824a-1bbedfb79ce2
2015/11/28 - 09:54:20 UTC"
What can I do to make it work? Thanks.

Can't redeem 12 month live gold card

Hello, when I try to redeem my pre paid 12 month live gold card it says " something went wrong " with a laughably long error code. So here it is: Xbos-0x80169CF9D618C97A-924F-47BF-A4F4-DD32B5618A27. Thanks Xbox team and happy holidays!

Xbox One error code: 0x80169D3A5031AA9F

I am receiving error code Xbos-0x80169D3A5031AA9F-90FE-4BDB-910C-4841294F3E16 when attempting to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live subscription code. Any ideas? The text says, "Something went wrong. Give it another try." This has been occurring since last night.

For anyone else who has this problem, the code worked after my current sub expired. Nothing to do but wait and keep your code in a safe place.

Has anyone had any luck with this? I know I don't have Gold because mine expired, but it won't let me use it.

I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

I went ahead and moved your post for better visibility. Just to clarify, did you redeem an Xbox Live membership pre-paid code? Or did you purchase an Xbox Live membership through the dashboard promotion? If you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify
