Hello, I have not received a shipping label. And yes I have checked my spam box and EVERYTHING. I even cancelled my order and made a new one. And I did wait more than 2 days for the email. Please just send me the shipping label. This is my order number. [mod removed]

try to visit this link : https://support.xbox.com/en-gb/contact-us and follow these steps to request a call back. NOT through Virtual Agent.

Then click Next then log in to your account, you should see this. Click See contact options

then you should see these options

If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
