Unable to receive redemption code

I recently purchased Xbox One bundle with choose one of four game free game download. I followed the instructions provided on the website - xbox.com/name-your-game and have not received an email back with the
game code to download Rise of the Tomb Raider.

I've checked all my folders within my outlook and even sent myself a test email. Please help. Thank you.

XB Black Ops 3 beta

Did anyone get to try the beta out on XB yet? Still showing the code redemption site as being down and I'm still unable to get the code entered.

ODST CODE

The message containing my ODST code was purged before I had the chance to redeem it. I was deployed at the time it was sent out and was unable to redeem it at that time. I am hoping it is still possible to receive a new redemption code.

The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

Check your order history on the redemption page of the site. It should either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
