    Unable to receive doom 1 and 2 codes from preorder.


    Hello. I've pre-ordered doom digital delux around mid April, and I still haven't received any of the codes for the first or second one when it said i would get the codes in my inbox in 7-10 business days. I've tried the methods that I was told to try by
    an xb1 support member. I've conducted a hard restart, as well as clearing the persistent storage and removing my account, restarting and re-adding And im still not successful.
