    Unable to receive credits from xbox rewards. It keeps telling me my account needs updating.


    So as the title says, i have two pages of credits waiting to be deposited to my account, but it keeps telling me on my account status that attention is needed. then it says account needs updating.

    Everything is correct in my billing account, so i cant find a problem.

    Where are my rewards

    It keeps telling me that i need to update my account before i can get my rewards. There is nothing that needs updating! It is the same information that it has been for 7 years!!!!!. Where are my rewards????? Someone please help or have an answer

    Hello Genetic20,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. For example, when we take Credits from your Australian Rewards Account,
    the deposit fails, because we cannot deposit AUD into a German Microsoft Account (which only accepts Euro).

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Need Credit!!!!

    Did that but whom ever is responding doesnt undrsatnd or is unable to assist. I also keep getting different answers each time. Xbox customer service has now told me three times I should receive a credit but it must be done the Rewards program. They tell
    me to post on forum and refer Reward agent to their notes but they just dont get it. I am just about ready to sell my Xbox and cancel my subscription.

    The Credits are now pending in your account. Please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process information.

    Billing error

    Hi, I've received three emails (24/06, 28/06 & 01/07) telling me xbox live is unable to charge my credit card for a gold subscription and I need to update my payment information to avoid interruptions or reactivate my account. I also have an email from 14/06
    that explains renewal of my gold subscription was successfully renewed and expires 14/06/2015. I've checked my billing history and it shows a payment made for the same period. Can you please stop these emails saying I need to update my payment information?

    We see that this offer has completed and the Credits are pending in your account. In the future, please keep in mind that it takes us 96 hours to receive and process new activity.
