Unable to read install code for Gears of War Ultimate Edition bundle -- Need help

We purchase an Xbox One bundle from Microsoft for Christmas. It is the Gears of War Ultimate Edition Bundle.

In the box is a card that you scratch off a silver coating to reveal the install code for Gears of War.

Either the coating or the printing on the card are defective and I cannot read all of the numbers to install the game.

I spent almost an hour online with customer support, including sending them a copy of my purchase receipt for the bundle and a picture of the card.

They told me I have to post here to get a new code.

Can you help me?

Ultimate codes

I need the codes for the gears collection please help!!!!!! I bought the Xbox one bundle with gears ultimate edition and I haven't gotten my codes.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer a replacement code here, apologies for any confusion. If you're unable to read the code that was included with your console you'll need to reach out to the retailer, in your case the

I bought the Gears 5 console bundle. One of the codes that came with it was for Gears 5 ultimate edition AND Gears of War 4. I was able to install Gears 5 but when i try 4 it says i need to buy it. Ive emailed microsoft support but they were no help. Anybody
have the same problem or know a way to resolve this?

If its a physical card check the back side for a 2nd code made that mistake once

The ultimate edition is just gears of war ultimate edition

It wasn't a bunddle

The bundle you are talking about is the console and ultimate gears of war 1 that's it

Only games advertised as a collection or some other term ultimate is just referring to the gears reboot
