    Unable to read code to redeem Gift Card


    I cannot read the code on an xbox gift card my son received for his birthday. I have tried to contact Microsoft?xbox through the website but it doesn't work. It keeps saying problem fixed and that's it, when it hasn't asked any questions about the card.
    Their is also no number to contact them on. Am I missing something?

    Hello, you are unable to transfer the funds directly to your grandson. You may however purchase a digital gift card that will provide a code that can be redeemed on the Microsoft Store, directly from your grandson's Xbox. I have provided two links. One in

    You say that you are unable to redeem, does an error message appear when you try to redeem?
