    gift card and code issues    . This error message typically indicates that the item was not scanned out of the retailer's system correctly. The support article has a section that allows you to request a new code. We hope this information helps

    Gift card unable to read code

    Hi, I would recommend following the recommended steps in the
    Digital Code Solution guide     pertaining to codes that are damaged or unreadable. If the code is unable to be replaced using the steps in the guide, I would then recommend contacting the original seller of the code to see if an exchange is possible. Hope
