    Unable to reach Xbox call support.


    Background: Having issues with trying to play Minecraft on my PS5. Says my PSN account is linked to a Microsoft account. I know mine isn’t attached and so far I don’t know what’s been attached to my PSN account.

    I tried to contact PlayStation support twice, both agents I spoke with told me this falls under Microsoft’s jurisdiction as Minecraft is owned by them. Went to the support sight and went through the Xbox channel as this is a game related issue. Did trouble shooting to no success and have attempted multiple times over the past few days to request a call, yet every time I get ‘Unable to process your request’ or ‘Something went wrong, fixing now’.

    Is there an issue with UK call support, or have I done something wrong?

    If you're unable to recover the Gamertag to your console, but that same login information is working on Xbox.com, then I suggest you call phone support for further assistance with the account. You can reach them at 800-4MY-XBOX.

    I've been trying to consult Microsoft and trying to talk to their support but I was unable to contact any of them. I've tried emailing, calling and tried to reach out to their live chat but none of them worked.
