    Unable to re-add my account


    I was unable to log into my account, I’d select it then nothing would happen, so I removed it. Now when I try and re-add it it says my email is already in use on the Xbox with another user, but it isn’t. Help!!

    Same. I am also unable to remove/re-add my paypal account, which I also attempted to do.

    Can't add account to sign in. Deleted it and forgot guest pass key. Now what?

    So I deleted my one and only account on my xbox one.

    When I try to re-add my account and sign in, I am unable to get past the guest key

    Is there any way I can get my account back on my Xbox?

    Hello

    Read carefully the following link because I think you have skipped a step when re-adding the profile: Add or Remove a Microsoft Account on Xbox One

    3.Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

    Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account, unless that’s what you want to do. If you select this, you will create a brand-new Microsoft account.

    Thanks for the replies! I called Xbox support. Since the device was removed from my account, they are unable to re-add it or provide me the serial number.

    It does not show up on my account.
