Unable to put live gold on my x box

So I am trying to put the 5.99 gold for one month on my x box 360 through debit card ,and all it keeps saying is " try again later ,sorry there's somthing temporarily wrong with this site ,while we fix the problem you may find these links helpful "

Then it hose on to give me completely useless links such as

"Learn about Microsoft products "

And "get help from microsoft support "

Neither of witch are any help

All I want to do is put gold on my x box 360

Please can someone help me with this situation

My X-box Gold account doesn't show on my account

Hi there guys.

I've loaded a X-box live Gold membership onto my account via my laptop...I got a confermation e-mail saying it is indeed loaded,but when I put my X-box on it doesn't show that it's linked.

Please help

 

Do I have to buy separate Live memberships for each profile on my console?

I have 3 profiles on my x box 360, bought a live gold membership but it only works for my profile. My son and daughter want to download minecraft avatar items for their profiles but am unable to. I think it's BS that I have to buy 3 live gold memberships
for one console.....
