    Hi, there seems to be an issue with the store, which is preventing users from redeeming codes & purchasing content. Microsoft are aware & working on a fix.

    Thanks for bringing the question to the forums. Unfortunately we are unable to purchase Xbox live gold subscriptions with Our Microsoft Currency. You may use it to purchase games, DLC, or in game currency. You will need a valid credit/debit card to purchase
    gold. Or you may purchase a pre-paid code for Xbox Live.
