Unable to Purchase Xbox Gamepass (14 days trial or 1USD discount)

Hi,

I have been trying to subscribe to xbox game pass for either 14 days free trial or to purchase the 1 time limited offer of 90% discount 1USD/month but nothing works.

I have changed my store from US to Cambodia store but when I try to make the purchase it still shows me US store account. At the same time, when I go into my account setting I am able to see Cambodia store info with my VISA card added successfully.

What Region is your xbox in?

If they are a Play Anywhere Title, then yes. Sea of Thieves, Forza, Gears...etc.

I think I figured out the problem, Xbox Pass is not available in Cambodia.

I wonder though, with xbox pass; it means you can also download and play the game from windows 10?

Do you get a discount on all Gamepass games if you decide to buy them? If so, could you use the 14 day Gamepass trial and then buy a game or 2 with a small discount?

that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link

describing Xbox live gold there is a section explains the trials.

With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.
