    Hi,

    I've tried to purchase Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy with my Xbox Live Gold subscription. When I try to purchase it, I get a message saying I have no valid payment options, even though I have two cards on my account. I contacted support and a member
    told me this was a known issue, and that I could ask here if I could get the offer if I miss the date to claim it. However my gold subscription expires tomorrow and I won't be able to make the purchase by the time it's resolved. As I can't make the purchase
    now and I'm eligible to get it for free, could I receive Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy for free when the problem is resolved?

    Jedi Knight Jedi Academy - Gold - Thinks I own Xbox One X

    It lists in the description that the game will also work on the Xbox One. When I click on the Star Wars Jedi Knight icon in the Games with Gold section It says Xbox One X enhanced in small letters over the large literal "Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy."

    All games that are enhanced will show in their description that they are Xbox One X Enhanced. It doesn't by any means convey the console you own.
