Unable to purchase Sir Lora DLC for Divinity Original Sin: Definitive Edition on XBox Onw

I have been trying to purchase the Sir Lora DLC pack for Divinity Original Sin: Definitive Edition for Xbox One, but I keep getting error messages and the purchase does not go through. I have tried to purchase it both through my console and my Microsoft
Store PC App. I have a different code being given for each error. The message I am given through the console when I attempt a purchase is...

"Try that again Something happened on our end Waiting a bit might help.

I have enough funds in my Microsoft account to pay for the purchase and I have an active credit card attached to my account, but I never get beyond this message to the "checkout/pay" step of the process.

Uh this issue is still on going and ive restarted a few times I think its bugged out or something.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with making a purchase. We recommend to first

power cycle both the PC and the Xbox console. Just hold power button on each until they shut off. Wait 30 seconds and turn back on then try and make a purchase. Also log onto the
Account website and make sure there are no issues on the account. Like an expired or declined card, a suspended subscription. If still having issues you may want to request a call
from support.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I've heard a few users have had issues with the xbox store recently sporadically. Have you already try to download the DLC through the online store and then download it to your Xbox?
