    Hello microsoft support team,

    For the past 1-2 weeks, I have been unable to purchase Roblox Premium through Microsoft. I have also seen other posts regarding this same issue, with some being older than mine. However, I am yet to receive an answer or support.

    Everytime I try to purchase Roblox premium it shows this white screen that stays forever, usually it would say "Just a moment" then it will bring up payment methods but now it stays to this white screen. I want to know if there's any update to this issue

    So, you want to purchase Roblox premium as soon as you redeem the points. Right?

    You can do it, you can make in-game purchases with Microsoft balance.

    According to a similar thread, it seems you need to do it on the Xbox Roblox version to pay with balance in case the Roblox Microsoft Store doesn't give you the option to pay with balance

    Thank you so much for replying so quickly! Great costumer service! I don't have any sort of Xbox console, only a laptop that runs on Windows 10. Am I still able to purchase PREMIUM with my Microsoft balance just out of the Microsoft Roblox launcher? Or do I have to have a Xbox to purchase PREMIUM off my account balance? Thank you, Josef!

    Were you unable to get the robux on the PC or Xbox version? If it's the PC version not loading I would contact Roblox's help directly, or try to go through Xbox support but it may be an issue with Robloxs side. Despite you purchasing the 'bux through Microsoft
    you may still have to confirm it with Roblox if you're looking for it on PC.

    Please clear cache. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.

    And then try a different browser. if you're using a specific browser, try switching to another one to see if the issue persists.

    Kindly use incognito or inprivate browser as well and see if it works.

    Next is to check Microsoft Store for updates. Please make sure that your Microsoft Store app is up to date.

    You can also use Roblox website in purchasing Roblox Premium.

    Kindly give an update on how it works after performing the troubleshooting.
