    Unable to purchase minecraft


    I have no outstanding charges in my microsoft account. My region matches with the minecraft region I am trying to purchase. My credit cards are accepted recently for purchases in Amazon US or SG.

    I have tried using 2 different credit cards from 2 different SG banks, and even PayPal. All 3 methods brought me to the same issue:

    "We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out"

    i called support, did all their steps, and nothing.

    so its the Marketplace, i know it might be hard to accept thats its the marketplace Xbox people, but it certainly is.

    Hello Nemesis111111, I'm sorry that this happened to your old account, in such cases I imagine some scenarios, one of them is where your date of birth was not correct and it had not been automatically updated by the system and it still identified you as a minor, and the other would be that the account was in a family.
