Unable to purchase microtransactions

I’ve had this problem for about 2 weeks now, Whenever I select an item I want to purchase in-game the grey xbox screen with a blue loading line pops up for about 4 seconds and the screen disappears, not letting me to purchase anything. On another xbox
in the same profile does not have any problem at all. I’ve looked all over and I’m stuck, any help would be appreciated greatly!!

Do you know if they're different update rotations? Like if one is updated via the insider program while the other isn't? Typically that will be a lead problem is new updates via the insider program might have adverse effects.

It does mention that the game contains microtransactions on the purchase page in the store. Not sure what is misleading about that tbh.

I just don't care for microtransactions. But I never purchase them so it's not something that interferes with my gameplay

You want to complain about microtransactions, take a look at Gears of War Judgement You unlock the ability to purchase weapon and character skins starting at $3 a pop, and there are a ton of them. I'll have to verify, but a friend of mine said she saw a
microtransaction for 4000 ms points.

The optimist in me says this will be free because I purchased the Limited Edition! The pessimist in me remembers it's EA so microtransactions are the norm.
