Unable to purchase items, even as Guardian

Hi guys. I'm trying to buy a minecraft realm, but when I go to checkout, it simply says "You don't have permission to purchase". I'm in a family, by myself. I'm the guardian.

I can't change my setting easier, saying I'm a child account. I created my account before, connected to my gmail.

Is there a way to fix this without having to call XBOX support? It's getting on my last nerve.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family, from there make sure that your organizer account is signed in for you to manage your settings in regards to purchasing.

All I can say is the same thing happened to me. I chatted with a few employees (great help) but I couldn't get it to work or even show up.

When you attempt to purchase Avatar items do you get an error code along with the message you're getting? One thing to make sure of is that the region of your account matches your physical locale, as cross-region accounts can cause purchasing issues.
