Unable to purchase Dolby Access via MS Store

This is how it was solved for me.

From Dolby access website:

Open your console web browser and search for "Get Dolby Access." You should get a link that is titled "Get Dolby Access - MS Store" or similar. The URL will be a Microsoft URL, not a Dolby URL.

2. Click on "Get the App."

3. Choose to accept when the message prompts you to launch the Store app.

4. Download Dolby Access or Headphones from this new instance of the MS Store. If already purchased, choose "Launch."

I do see the game when I go into my purchase history. Strangely enough, I could only install it via the Xbox app too cause I was unable to access it via the store on the console cause it says the “Hitman 3” version is no longer available for purchase via the store.

Are you still unable to access the MS store to install the launcher?

Just remember that your will pay full price if ordered from the MS store, you have to go to your local retail vendor to purchase the console via. All Access.
