Unable to purchase DarkStar One game via 360 market place

I can't seem to be able to purchase & download the game 'DarkStar One' for the xbox 360 via the market place

I did originally download the trailer, but now when I via this game in market place I only see the trailer download, not the actual game. If I do a search in marketplace for 'Darkstar One' I see two items. The trainer and the full game. If I select the full
game I just see the option for the trailer.

I'm sure before I downloaded the trailer that I could see the option to buy and download the game, but I'm not 100% sure. I live in New Zealand. not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Unable to download destiny expansion pack on 360

Any help greatly appreciated, unable to download destiny dlc, no option on market place, go into game, click on purchase and xbox message saying no content available??

That could be due to a few reasons. Possible outstanding balance on the account, the payment option may be banned in the system, your financial institution may be blocking Microsoft from pulling from you account, its hard to pin point exactly what the issue
could be. I would suggest getting in contact with Xbox support so they can take a look at what could be causing your problem. The phone number is 1-800-469-9269 for United States and Canada. Hope all works out for you.

 

The game is not available for purchase via the marketplace. You would have to purchase it on disc.

 

It looks like an indie game too which arent allowed in nz

 

It's a full game, not an indie game. It's just not available for purchase on the NZ marketplace.

Just for the record. You can download Indie games in N.Z.
