    unable to purchase Cyber Monday deal due to #Xboxlivedown


    Due to the systemic problems that Xbox Live had on December 1, I was unable to properly connect to Xbox Live and thus could not purchase the deal I wanted (Crysis, $2.99). The issues on December 1 are well documented and I tried numerous troubleshooting
    steps as well as contacting Xbox Support on Twitter, but did not receive help. Now the price of Crysis has gone up to $19.99 again. Will Microsoft honor the Cyber Monday deal that I was unable to complete due to the Xbox Live service not functioning properly?

    I am in the same boat....SO frustrated....was going to buy several games and feel totally *** and abandoned by Microsoft on this......The correct answer is SONY!
