Unable to purchase content because of how your account is set up problem

hi guys don’t usally post but I need advice and help on fixing a problem.

So lately I have got the game Tera and downloaded it on my Xbox, and when I tried to play it came up with the message “you are unable to purchase content because of how your account is set up. This can be changed can be changed in your privacy and online
settings on Xbox.com” so I have been on the website and changed some settings but still coming up with message. I have tried on Xbox aswell. Im on an adult account and put payment details in and still is not letting me I need help to fix this,any thoughts

Can't buy Weaponized 1 15 Camo?!?!?!

It means that because of your age restrictions (set on your account) you are unable to purchase such content, ask your parents to change the settings set for your profile so you can purchase it.

Please help

I recently downloaded Tera on my xbox one but everytime I try to play it, a message saying 'You are unable to purchase contents because of how your account is set up.' However, I have allowed my account to purchase items and this has not appeared for any
other game I try to access. Plus, every other account on my xbox can play Tera except me. Please help me with this problem.

To help us look into this further with you, can you reply to this thread with some additional information, please?

1. Do you see that error when you try to launch any other games/apps, or just Tera?

2. To make sure we don't retrace anything, what specific settings did you change in your privacy settings online?

3. How is your console connected to your network? Is that a wired or wireless connection?

I get this also. I have it when my son tries to use Robocraft infinity. No other games give this issue. I tried it logged in as him as well as Me. I have a wifi connection and have nothing restricted on either account and have not changed anything except
for trying to get rid of this annoying message.

Please help.

Ditto, the "change privacy safety settings" does NOT resolve this issue on the family accounts..in fact we cannot play this game under an adult account. We continue to get the, "You are unable to see content other people make because of how your account
is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com"

If anyone has been able to find a resolution for this issue with Roblox, please share.
