Unable to purchase a realm

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
8. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
   
9. If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

After multiple tries, my online friends and I are still recieving the same prompt when attempting to purchase either kind of realm on Xbox One: “Unable to connect to Realms and complete your purchase at this time. Please try again later.” Is this issue

1. Check your purchase history to confirm that you have purchased Minecraft Realms in the past. You can do this by logging into your Microsoft account and going to the “Order history” section.

2. If you are unable to find your purchase history, contact Microsoft support for assistance. You can visit this page to get started. They will be able to help you locate your purchase history and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

3. If you are able to locate your purchase history, but are still unable to renew your Minecraft Realms subscription, try the following solutions:
* Restart the game and try again.
* Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can cause issues with renewing your subscription.
* Try updating during off-peak hours.
* Check if there are any updates available for Minecraft Realms. If there are, install them and try again.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about using your Realms subscription across multiple platforms.

There are indeed two different versions of the Minecraft Realms.

These two versions are incompatible with each other and are developed separately with different features. Players on Minecraft:Java Edition can't play on console, mobile or Windows 10 Realms and vice versa.

That being said, unless you purchased a subscription on the Bedrock edition of Minecraft, you will be unable to access your Realms from your mobile device.

In addition to this, you can link up your Microsoft account on your mobile device, but you will be unable to sync up your Mojang account. You can find more information about Realms on the
