Unable to purchase 360 titles from any of the 3 methods available.

If you have a child account you will be unable to get this 360 title unless you get it on a 360 console.

If you are on an adult account the issue could be the payment method. While it is free with gold, you still need a payment method on file to get the game.

Hey there Hero! Just to confirm you are unable to purchase content with MSP, but you were able to just recently purchase those points with another payment method, is that right? Can you try purchasing content directly with your payment method, like a Game
on Demand? Also, are you unable to buy any content with your MSP, or just certain titles or types? Please let us know, thanks!

You have debit card / credit card or paypal as payment method. You need at least one of them to be able to purchase any contents with an Xbox 360.

PS: That 3 methods are not available in all counties ( check here > https://support.xbox.com/billing/payment-and-purchases/manage-payment-options-online

You can check from ready to install titles every backward compatibility xbox 360 title you own (to get a list of all your 360 titles you can check purchases). As for the rest the only titles available for both xbox platform and pc are the titles from play
anywhere list and those don't involve 360 titles.

Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to use the currency to purchase the item on the website (there should be an option to choose the payment method if available by highlighting it and then pressing A) then you'll need to purchase using the Store on the
console where you can choose your payment method.
