    Been trying all day to speak to someone about my warranty ,for my xbox series s all access ,says the warranty has run out ,it was bought march 2022 ,and you are supposed to get 1 year warranty with it ,very frustrating I can not speak with Microsoft about this

    First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your concern.

    The warranty begins when that barcade was scanned the first time. In the case where it runs out earlier then expected means it was purchased from a 3rd party reseller. Resellers who purchase ANY devices would have the warranties start when they purchased the item and not when their customers purchase them. This is a problem for anybody purchasing from none official retailers (best buy, GameStop, Walmart, etc)

    Where was it purchased and have you contacted them?

    I'm not sure if that is a matter of synchronization interval, but the issue was fixed and after a few hours since I linked my XBOX and EA accounts

    Thanks though for the update. If I were to hazard a guess it was probably a server outage issue either from our end or EA's.

    We understand that you're unable to connect EA Sports servers for FIFA 23 despite your XBOX account and connection being fine.

    With your connection working fine this is more likely a problem at EA's end and not at ours. As a test, can you check if you get all green checkmarks when visiting the https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status page?

    Now if you get all green checkmarks, you need to contact EA for help at that point since it's an issue with their servers. Please post this issue of yours at the FIFA 23 Community forums using the link below.
