    Unable to print shipping tag


    Hi,

    I've created a service to change my controller (#1431908174) successfully and received the receipt through email... but the next step is to print the shipping label to be able to send my defective controller back...

    The problem is that the shipping label button is grayed out and I can't click it... I've waited several days to see if you would enable it after some verifications or else, but it's still grayed out after 5 days...

    So I tried in a different browser (Firefox instead of Chrome) with the same result...

    So, how can I ship back the defective product (and enter in the system that it's done, which is done by clicking the button I suppose)...?

    Poor Customer Service Story

    There is no "print your shipping label" option. Just read your packaging instructions, cancel order and print invoice options are available.

    please check
    here     for additional info on printing your shipping label. If you are still unable to get a label to print, please contact Xbox Customer Service by phone at 1-800-4MY-XBOX for further assistance. Additionally, when your package is picked up, you can ask
    the driver to print you a label if needed as well. Good luck!

    Received Shipping Label Email, But Have No Printer

    Hello,

    You will need the shipping label. If you are unable to print the label at home, you may be able to visit a local store that offers printing services. I used Kinko's personally when my printer was down, to print things from email.

    I have the same issue.... and xbox doesn't have a f*** email address apparently!! Did you finally get a label or simply give up like I am about to?
