    trying to pre-install the massive 80gb install for gears of war 4 on my pc and keeping getting error saying something went wrong on Microsoft side

    please help as my internet isn't the fastest and i don't want to have to download on the release date.

    Hi there, I have not received my pre-order Gears 4 Ultimate codes: Gears 1,2,3,Judgement or the pre-order 'thank-you' sent by Xbox Support.

    Sorry you're getting an error in attempt to pre-download the game. Could you please provide the error code associated with it. In addition to that, can you try to run the Windows 10 Store diagnostic tool to see if it can detect any issues that may be preventing
    you from downloading content from the store. You may run the tool here:

    I pre-ordered the Gears of War 4 console today, eeep, I couldn't stop myself so looking forward to that.

    The only game on my original list I don't currently have pre-ordered is Dead Rising 4.
