    Unable to pre download Forza Horizon 5


    I have pre-ordered Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition on the Microsoft Store and am unable to pre-load the game although the pre-load is available. I have changed my install location to a drive with more than 400GB available. Installed the latest Windows update. I still get 2 error codes. The first code ( 0x80070070 ) tells me that I do not have enough space in my drive to install the game ( Even though I have 400+GB ). The second code I get is ( 0x803FB107 ) which on the Xbox website states "This may mean that one or more items in the game or app hasn’t installed yet." Help?

    I've got Forza pre-ordered, downloaded and ready to go......question is will the current issues with Forza 5 carry over to Horizon and make the game unplayable :(

    The thing is I changed my install location to my D: drive which as I mentioned in the original post has more than 400GB

    If it is installing to the C: drive then it looks like you need roughly 103GB of space, that's a little bit more than the 19GB you stated above

    Hi,

    While it's clear you have enough storage on the drive you wish to install the game, can you tell us how much storage free you have on C:\ drive please?

    It may be that some files still go to C:\ during the install process, if there isn't enough storage there then you may still get this error.
