Unable to play Xbox games on Surface Pro 3 Window 10 with Anniversary update

I usually play Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Solitaire, but since the upgrade I am unable to play the games:

Mahjong displays the error code: 002000

Solitaire Displays the error code: 101_107_1

When I Start the games it displays that I am successfully logged into Xbox with my Game Tag.

I can successfully connect to the internet, hence this posting

What is stopping the games from playing

Transferring purchases between accounts?

I have an Xbox live account with some credit on it. I would like to purchase some windows 10 apps but I'd like to purchase them on my surface pro 3, but my outlook account on my surface pro 3 is different. Can I transfer credit between my accounts or make
a purchase on my Xbox account and access the app on my surface pro 3 account? Thanks

Play does not

Hi, Only computers with gaming high performance ($$$) computers can play FM6 Apex or any of the forza or halo games on Windows 10. The Windows store (if you have the anniversary update installed) will show you these specs and comparisons. (look at post below)
You need to have a computer with all these specs to be able to run these types of games. Below is my invalid specs for FM6 Apex on my Surface Pro 4

thank you. i have a firestick but i have an iPhone so i would also need to know if it would work for that. it's a bummer it doesn't work for windows 10 anniversary update yet. it would've been perfect for my surface pro 4

I wanted to all a bit more insight to this issue. I just got out my original Surface Pro that I haven't used since October when I got my Surface Book. All the games sign in without issue. It's currently running Windows 10 Pro. I checked updates and its currently
downloading Windows 10 version 1511, 10586.

Once it finishes downloading and updates, I'll try again and see if I'm still able to log into my Xbox live games.

Is anyone else able to test an older version of Windows 10 as well and see if they are able to sign into Xbox live and play their games?

I'm also having this problem on Surface pro 4 for Mahjong and Sudoku. Just downloaded and tried minesweeper and it's doing it there too. I actually have no problems playing these games on my old Surface pro 1 (with windows 10 installed on it too). The only
game that works on surface pro 4 is Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
