Unable to play Tomb Raider on different profile

It was playable on my profile and another profile, but on a newer one it is saying "Tomb Raider Will Not Launch" or something like that so I was wondering why it's the only game that can't be played even after I re-downloaded it ?

Unable to play Tomb Raider

I was playing Tomb Raider just over 10 hours ago. I went to start the game again about 30 minutes ago and all I get is a blank screen. I have rebooted the console uninstalled the game and cleaned the disc and still just get a blank screen. Any think else
you suggest?

 

Have you switched consoles since you originally downloaded it?

 

Yes and I don't have access to the other profile that was able to play it anymore and had to make a new profile

 

You would have to sign into the account that purchased it and do a license transfer.

If you can't access that account anymore, you would have to purchase it again on a different account.

 

Yeah...just checked other games that were downloaded before the new system that no one tried before and they're not playing or are marked as a demo...how long does a transfer take?

 

The transfer doesn't take long, but you do have to redownload all the licenses after the transfer. Which is basically redownload all of the content. Since you already have everything downloaded though, the system will only need to redownload the licenses
so it won't be downloading the entire content file.
