Unable to play Razes Hell tells me to redownload

I purchased the xbox original game Razes Hell it wouldnt let me play without an internal hard drive so I purchased one. I inserted the internal hard drive and tried to start the game but it keeps telling me that I need to redownload it. That it wont play.
What do I do?

Unable to redownload DLC

Did you buy it with points or a code?

If its not showing up in your download history on the console OR on your purchase history on the website, support will should be able to see it in your points history (if from the last year).

If its not showing up on that account, are you absolutely positive its the account you downloaded it on?

Were there any other accounts on the xbox you might have gotten it on instead?

Unable to redownload DLC

I just got a new xbox, I have never been banned, i just needed a new one. Anyways, I used the transfer cable and everything went smoothly. Did the license transfer...check. Well the Noble Map Pack wont load on Halo Reach, which keeps telling me I don't
have it. Then when I go to redownload it it doesn't say Download Again it asks if I'd like to purchase. Its on my new hard drive, but it doesn't show on my download history or in Halo Reach. If I'm required to rebuy the Noble Map Pack for 10 dollars this is
bogus. Please help me.

1. Did you try deleting the title and redownloading it?

2. What type of hard drive did you purchase and where did you purchase it?

Not Raze's hell please not that one, my god if one more person tells me how that was a great revolutionary imaginative game I will force them to watch the Thunderbirds movie and not one of the good ones, the one where Busted or someone did the theme song.

In short I hated Raze's hell and found it like the horrible result of an FPS and Dynasty Warriors on a drunken night in Paris.

Hey RaZe,

If you have played a game on your Xbox One it will be on your list of games. There is not a way to remove these titles from your list.

Please for the love of god stop telling people to delete their profile. It is completely unnecessary to do so before redownloading the profile, and if for whatever reason they are unable to redownload it after deleting it then they've lost all of their
game progress associated with their gamertag.
