Unable to play or reinstall

I started a new job and haven't played anything in over 2 weeks. now coming back, I can no longer play any games. I tried a reinstall and still nothing works. I went to the support page and followed all the steps. nothing is working. I sent in a request for support. the que line said six minutes however it's been over an hour. I also tried to uninstall the Xbox app from my pc and that isn't even an option. I right click the Xbox icon and click on manage tab and it takes me back the main menu. I went into the game library to try and repair the file as the support page says to try and that is not an option either.

What is going on?

version 1889 is extremely out of date. Around 3,6 years out of date.

I advise you to update your windows this way.

Download the Windows ISO from this website.

First download the ISO

Open the ISO image tool, inside there will be a file called SETUP.exe, select update, download it from the cloud and choose "keep game and apps"

It's quite simple, this will update your files, without losing anything.

Before I read any of this, I tried a PC restart for a second time and when Xbox opened up all my games were gone. and now they all have to redownload. Not sure how that happened however the Xbox app is extremely slow. To the point when I hover over a game the pop-up window with a trailer crashes. Redownloading kingdom come Deliverance is incredibly slow. (at least the error codes are gone)

But to answer your question. my OS version is 1889.

All apps and tower are current on updates, so nothing happened.

I found the repair and reset options under gaming services, and nothing happened other that both have a Check mark next to them.

Win + X does not do anything.

I should also note that my settings Just opened up and will not close. Xbox app is completely unresponsive, and it is still trying to download KC

at 3.3 mb/s however my pc browser and PlayStation have zero issues with internet loading times.

Is it bad that support says six-minute que, but it's been over 3 hours?

Go to your windows update and click on get updates

After updating

See which version is your windows this way, and tell me

The version consists of 4 digits

And then go to the Microsoft Store, select More > Downloads & updates > Get updates.

Update everything in both places, and let me know if it works

Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

Hold Win + I and go to Apps > Apps & Features.

locate Gaming Service and tap the menu button (...).

Advanced Options > Reset.

click Reset and confirm.

Later:

Win + X and select Windows Terminal (Admin).

Enter the command below:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

Wait for it to complete, and then type this other command:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

When it finishes installing, restart your PC and see if the error remains

Identical problem here..Even removed and reinstalled game...Still unable to play...
