Unable to play online or use Xbox at all?

— Do you have an Xbox One, Series S or Series X?

— Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program?

— Where are you from? Just the country.

— Do you have the same outcome after using a different account/profile, or is it just with your account?

— What potential solutions have you tried to fix this issue?

Only games that are listed on the Cloud Gaming list here: All games | Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) on  Xbox.com can be played online via the Cloud Gaming service.

If the game isn't on the list, then you will be unable to play the game online.

Thank you for the reply. So on my Home Xbox, any user is able to use multiplayer online. On the non-Home Xboxes, even if we are both signed on to the console (our profiles are both signed in), only my son can play multiplayer online, and I am unable to. Is that correct? I get confused since both of us can be signed in at the same time on all of our consoles.

Is there a way for us to be able to have him have the benefit of playing available games on his PC and me being able to Call of Duty online multiplayer on all my Xbox’s.?

can play minecraft or fifa online, use to codbo online and UNABLE to connect to codbo2 !!!

privacy settings of your profile ("Xbox One Online Safety" section) and verify that the "Join multiplayer games" option is active.
