    Unable to play online on Hellpoint


    Hi I recently purchased Hellpoint on my xbox one and I seem to be unable to play online, its a souls type game where you are given a unique code number for your world and your friend needs to type this code in, this code does not appear for me in the menus
    or my friend who i’m trying to play with it just states “No Match Code Found” Ive also been speaking to the developers of the game on discord to see if they have a solution but they are slow at replying and everything they have suggested hasn’t worked. I have
    gamepass ultimate which should give me xbox live gold privelages, I have no issues connecting to other online games such as rocket league, modern warfare, fifa 21 or thps. I only seem to have an issue with this game Hellpoint, can anyone help me try and solve
    this issue before I try and get a refund the whole point of me buying it was for coop.

    Check the
    privacy settings     of your profile ("Xbox One Online Safety" section) and verify that the "Join multiplayer games" option is active.

    It sounds like they were unable to charge your account for some reason so you've been suspended from Live until they can get the payment. But if they did infact charge you for it in August, you'll still need to call them so they can take off the suspension.

    This may be a NAT issue like I had. When online check your connection settings to see what type of NAT you have. There are 3 types: strict, moderate & open. Open is the least restrictive of the three. Mine was strict and I could never join in on the league
    races until I changed it. Net search "xbox one change nat" and you will be presented with a number of sites offering a solution. If you aren't tech savvy pick one which you find easy to understand as it can seem a very daunting process. Get it right and you
    will be punching the air like I was!
