Unable to play my downloaded game.

I bought 2k16 a couple months back without any difficulties, but today i tried to play it and it says "bought this game? sign into the account you bought it on or buy it in the xbox store". I BOUGHT THE GAME. i dont have a disk. Please fix this so i can
play it. I was able to play other games. Please Help

Unable to play downloaded game

I downloaded this game called gunstringer and it's in my storage but it says it incomplete. Also, got the code from the game from a card and when I try to download it again it doesn't let me.

Hey, on your xbox go to setting then account then download history and through there you should be able to download this again. hope this helps!

All good, just a little bug I think, you won't need to buy it again or anything

What I'd suggest, first try give you cosnole a hard boot. To do this simply have the xbox on, and sitting at the dashboard. Then hold the power button on the front of the console down for 10seconds until the console switches off. Then wait a minute or two,
before turning it back on and trying again.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest deleting your profile from the xbox, then readding it. This can sometimes kick things into gear and make the console recognise that you own the game

My Microsoft, actual and xbox regions match and I am still unable to download, buy or play xbox back compat games, cant even download games with gold back comp games.

You can try backing up your saved games on a USB thumb drive configured for Xbox 360. Then I suggest deleting the game, clearing the cache, and re-installing it from your download history.
