    Unable to play Microsoft Jigsaw for the last 5 days.


    Has anyone received any response from Xbox or Microsoft regarding this problem. It seems a lot of us are having the same exact problem. We were able to play but then the system changed somehow and is now telling us Jigsaw is not available in our accounts.
    Then it refers us to error message 0803F8001. I tried using the virtual help 'person' but it kept thinking I have the Xbox console. Please, someone correct whatever is wrong so that we can go back and play the jigsaw game.

    Unable to open Microsoft Jigsaw

    For the last three days I have been unable to open Microsoft Jigsaw. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It sits at the Jigsaw screen, but doesn't open.

    Jigsaw daily challenge reward does work

    For 15 days I have been unable to collect reward after a play a daily challenge on Jigsaw/

    No one has offered to help.

    Can play the other 2 games on Jigsaw.

    I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:

    It's 9 days and counting... Still no connection between Jigsaw Login and Windows 10 Xbox Console Companion Login. Super suggestions for repair, but none of them are effective... Thank you to everyone who made suggestions.... Microsoft Support walked me
    through most of them and decided that it's on the Xbox Jigsaw side, not the Microsoft side. Could someone out there take a look and see what handshakes got dropped in the last couple of updates?
