Unable to Play MCC

So i downloaded the MCC about a year ago and had small issues with it since day 1, the most minor being the app icon was invisible, and the one i am currently having issues with is being unable to reinstall the mcc after attempting to uninstall after the application would not launch.

The error code i get trying to reinstall is 0x803FB107 on the mcc itself, and 0x80073D24 on the individual games.

I am running windows 10 version 20H2

and have tried all the troubleshooting options short of resetting windows.

any help with this issue would be very apricated

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

I agree!! when is the beta going to be open? I see it in my HALO: MCC game but I am unable to select it.

If I remember correctly, my buddy got the digital download for Destiny. He's from California and I'm from Ohio, he was unable to play when I could. He had to wait until it was midnight in his time zone. It should be the same for Halo: MCC

Start off by checking your connection NAT type to see if it is OPEN. This is the main reason for issues connecting into party chats.

If not follow the steps to open your ports to have the most accessible game play on Xbox.

Im on console and I have an active game pass subscription. When playing MCC I don't get an error message im just unable to access the season pass content, weekly challenges and multiplayer. But when playing minecraft where the Marketplace is I instead get an error message that reads "There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue. If this issue persists for several days please contact support."
