Unable to play kights of pen and paper

i have redeemed kights of pen and paper 2 and 1 from xbox games with gold and for some reason it still tells me i dont own the game and when i try to redeem it again it wants me to pay 24 dollars for it i have gold till next year and cant get any support
from xbox them selfs i try live chat and it just connects me to a random gamer who cant do anything to even come close to helping me at all i cant find a support phone number to contact them.either
