Make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox Live account and have an active internet connection. Without these, the game may not be able to access your saved progress or connect to the IOI account system.

If you already have an IOI account, try signing in with your existing login credentials. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the IOI website.

If you do not have an IOI account, you can try creating one using the instructions provided in the game. Keep in mind that you will need to provide a valid email address to create an account.

If you are still unable to access your saved progress or create an IOI account, it's possible that there may be a problem with the game or the account system. In this case, you may need to contact IOI Support for further assistance.

Though Hitman Trilogy is available in Xbox and PC platform. Hitman Trilogy doesn't support cross platform play. You have to either purchase them separately or subscribe to PC Game pass if you want it to play on PC.

There is no cross platform play involved. I am subscribed to PC Game Pass. It recognizes some of the content I own but not all. It's the same IoI account, I'm the same level on both versions because it IS the same version.
I would like this issue to be looked into, there shouldn't be any reason for this.

Hitman 2 is part of the Hitman HD trilogy. Don't know if you can buy it separate but you can get the trilogy for about a tenner off Amazon.

So yes. You can play Hitman 2 on 360.
