    unable to play games or sign in for 3 weeks


    I have been unable to sign in or play any games since 3 weeks ago today. I have spoken to Microsoft support countless times and nothing has helped. They told me it was a problem on their side and they were going to release an update "soon". This was 2 weeks
    ago. I am unable to see why it has taken this long for xbox to fix this, and they have no reason to take this long.

    My Xbox One console will not connect to my xbox live

    For about a week I have been unable to connect to xbox live. Sometimes it will not let me sign into my account or play any games. When I test my network connection it says it's all good but then I go to play and it will not even go to the loading screen.
    Please help.

    Never Alone download doesn't complete

    Well, after nearly 3 weeks, we are still unable to download, update, install or play a game that we have paid for.

    Is there nobody at Xbox Support that could at least inform us all of what is happening and if we are likely to ever be able to play this game?

    It may be on rockstars side they have been have problems for about 3 week's now I would look it up on their site to see if it's an known problem I myself have been unable to play the game my friend's as well

    Hi InsaneGhostFace. Unfortunately, we're unable to put a tracker up for the MyChallenges on the website.

    You currently have 3 weeks in a row for the Mixer challenge. So you just need another 30 minutes for the week of December 23-29th. Weeks are calculated from Saturday to Friday. For the Games with Gold challenge, you've completed the 1st month playing Back
    to the Future on the 16th. You'd have to play a different title next month for it to qualify. So come January 1, you can play to other Games with Gold titles to complete the 2nd month.
