Unable to play game that is under allowed apps

My account has a certain game that, while above what I am normally allowed to play by my restriction settings, is under allowed apps and I have played before. Now I am no longer able to download it or play it due to it saying this game is rated above my restrictions. The game is still under allowed apps.

Try logging out of the account and logging in again, and make sure the account is at child age, even if the app allows it, the account needs to be the same.

Hello Bhawk,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. There are privacy settings that allow you to show what you are playing. There is no custom playing status on the Xbox one or Xbox app on PC. Under Xbox live privacy it is under online status and history.
