Unable to play Forza Horizon 4 online sessions

Hello, I've had FH4 on PC now for 2 years, all along having no trouble at all with the game (everything running smoothly). Recently, since about 3 months ago I am unable to find any online session (be it Horizon Life or any kind of Online Adventure), which is unfortunate because without any online interaction, I have been unable to surpass 65% completion on any season since then. I have read multiple complaints from other users and have seen only one supposed fix (amidst the flooding of what seems like bots disguising themselves as Microsoft employees linking general troubleshooting tips that have nothing to do with the users issues), which was to route some ports for NAT reasons (at least that's what it stated as) which to me made sense. It didn't work either. My internet connection is fine since I can easily find setups, paint designs and the auctions. I would appreciate if I got any meaningful response from anyone since I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Again, linking troubleshooting tips WILL NOT help. Thanks in advance.

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.

So I talked with the support of xbox and they told me easily that for Forza Horizon 4 the Xbox Live is mandatory for playing online. Bought it, activated it and I could immediately join the online session.

All my safety settings are checked as "Allow" and I do not have a child account, so I guess that rules safety settings out.

This might have to do with privacy settings, I would strongly advise you to visit https://account.xbox.com/Settings, sign in if needed, and make sure none of the privacy and online safety features are blocked.

Note that if you are a child account, you might need a parent account in the family group to go through this for you!
