Unable to play Final Fantasy XIII on PC with xbox game pass ultimate

Hi, everytime i start the game after the square enix starting screen the cursor constanlty jumps between the options new game and settings, if alt tab out of the game screen and come back, the cursor stops moving but the keyboard and mouse are none responsive anymore.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Pretty much every other game I have is multiplayer. I hope they release The Sims 3, The Sims 4 and maybe that Sims City game on Xbox 1. You can tell I'm getting Final Fantasy XV when it releases. Originally called Final Fantasy XIII Versus it was first announced
in 2006 I looked up and... still hasn't released even tho Square Enix is calling it XV now. XIII was my first game on 360. I haven't played any Final Fantasy before XIII and XIII has b-e-a-u-t-f-u-l-l graphics on 360 Square Enix received a lot of praise about
the graphics in XIII.

Tried uninstalling and re-installing but same issue, will contact the game support, thanks for the suggestion.
