    Unable to play downloaded games/Need access to preview forum


    Since last night (7/27/16) I have not been able to play any of my downloaded Xbox one games and some of my 360 games. It is telling me I need to repurchase most of my games (error code 0x87de07d1). I believe it may be because I am a preview member. I cannot
    get into the preview forum so can you please give my access.

    I know this issue has been posted before, but I'm still stumped. I was invited to the preview program, downloaded the app, yet I'm unable to access the forum as well as any features, unless there isn't anything to access as preview members currently. Hopefully
    a moderator can help me gain access to the forums

    Not sure where else to post this. I am enrolled and my console is enrolled in the Preview. However i am still unable to access the preview forums. I fired off a PM to Some one who was said to be the Person managing this, however its been 3 days and they
    have not replied. Any staff on here who sees this, think you could fix my forum access?

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums

    As Onyx said above, you will need to make a post in the Preview Forums in order for the proper folks to address the issue. You should now have access to the Preview Forum.
