Unable to Play Downloaded games due to Error code 0x87de2713 and 0x87de2714

I as well am having this same issue for assassins Creed 4 black flag I get both error codes telling me I need to be connected to the internet, hello I'm on my tablet so how can I not be on the internet?

 

Can someone please tell me how to fix this cuz this is annoying

 

And why do I need live for ac black flag

 

At one point Ima end up not playing Xbox one if this stays like this

 

I'm sure we won't get an answer.

 

We can't fix it Xbox needs to get their *** together

 

Sign up to receive a text when they fix it they'll notify us I just hope its sooner rather than later. Last time this happened it took them like 4 hours

 

Sure would be nice to play the games we paid for!!!!!!

 

Despite the Xbox status saying things are fine, we still can't get into Minecraft (same error code others are reporting). We just bought our Xbox One yesterday and my husband is being *** that we're having these issues. We can't even play offline.

And that text alert you can sign up for? Never got one, even tho the status changed to "up and running".

 

Same here, all my games are digital and i cant play nothing. Like 1,200 dollars worth of games, can't play any. What ???

Makes me wish I bought the discs and didn't download them
