Unable to Play Downloaded games due to Error code 0x87de2713 and 0x87de2714

I recently was in a phone call with a representative who did her best and is awesome at what she does, but we couldnt figure out what was going on, I recently started up my Xbox One and tried to play my digital copy of destiny and it game me the error code
0x87de2714 and didnt even attempt to start the game, i Console Reset and Reset my router and the only thing that fixed or well... Got better... Was the internet connection speed. I'd really like to get this figured out so i can play Destiny tonight...

Unable to play digital copy of Elder Scrolls Online.

I go to start ESO on multiple accounts, and I am unable to launch ESO. I get multiple errors, on both Xbox consoles, such as 0x87de2712, 0x87de2713, 0x87de2714, 0x87de2716, and it's telling me that it's unable to connect to Xbox live, yet I'm in a
party, talking to people, I can utilize other games that I've downloaded to my hard drive, such as Assassins Creed, SMITE, Payday, you name it. They all work. I cannot start this game however, and I am way beyond frustrated at this point. Can anyone help?

Yes, I've power cycled both xbox consoles, I've cleared the saved data from both consoles, tried different accounts on different consoles.. I'm completely at a loss.

 

PoolNation FX won't play offline

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue getting PoolNation FX to play offline. It is fine when online.

Error code 0x87de2714 which I know means unable to verify license.

I have power cycled more times than I can count. I have deleted and reloaded the game, but still it won't play offline.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I read a past thread that sad to delete your account from your Xbox but that did not work for me I still get that error code. Hoping to be able to play anything because most of my games are digital.

 

im having the same problem right now.. i wanna play advanced warfare but cant..

 

Seems there's been problems with the XBox Live system for a little while today. Most Apps will play but downloaded games or games requiring the Xbox Live service for some reason or another won't launch. They're slowly getting things back to normal.

 

The same thing is happening with me, except its with mutiple of my downloaded games, ac black flag, bf4, minecraft. And the games i can get in end up endig and saying im not connected to the internet, when i hard wired in... also saying that im not connected
to xbox live when i can clearly see my friends. Wtf is going on with this?!

 

Having this problem with Witcher 3 of all games. I don't understand why I need Live to play a game that is downloaded onto my counsel. That was the first and will be the last time I purchase a game from the store.

 

Witcher 3, same issue. But lets me play NHL 15 fine. I'm on Xbox one, both digital games, and this is now the second time this has happened to me. Only thing that fixes it is signing up for them to either call or text you when they fix this. I just don't
understand why this is happening again. They couldn't fix it for good the first time this happened?

 

this code is popping up for me on my destiney game as well as well as every other game i own what is going on and why am i not able to play any game that i bought.

 

Yes, correction to my last post, last time this happened I could play NHL 15. This time all my digital games are down. So frustrating

 

It won't let me on destiny either says to check my network but it's fine.

 

Minecraft is having the same problem

 

I'm having the issue with minecraft, it tells me all sorts of reasons on why i can't play the game like your not connected to the internet or whatever. xbox live was down for most of the day due to problems
