Unable to play Coco PAL zone 2 Blu-ray

Hello,

i cant start up the blu-ray COCO i always get the error code 0xd0000189

I did everything i could do to start the movie

-hard restart the console

-Reinstall the app

-erase the disc storage

the error code doesnt exist

Xbox One X 4k Blu Ray Won't Play Dolby Atmos

My Xbox One X will not play Dolby Atmos when using a Blu Ray disk, but Dolby Atmos games and the Dolby Atmos app work fine.

I recently purchased "Coco" on 4k Blu Ray and it will pass a Dolby Atmos signal to my Onkyo TX-RZ900. My receiver is Atmos capable, and works fine with Atmos games such as Gears of War or the Dolby Atmos app.

I have tried changing every setting I think of and clear the blu ray cache, and still nothing.

Changing region won't work for dvd/blu-ray discs.

It is region locked so will only play discs from the region you are in,for example if you are in Europe then your console will only play PAL region dvd's/blu-rays or region free discs.

Cheers pal, I hope they do. Pretty pissed if they don't, one the main reasons I went for the xbox is it has Blu ray. With that Blu ray I expected 3D compatibility.

The two DVD are region 1 but I am in region 2. I think that's the problem.

I put a Blu-ray zone 1 so illegible in zone 2 and I had a message directly that I could not read the support.

While there, it passes, I have the sound but no picture. I think it's weird.

3d blu rays are amazing, the games are hit and miss, the best for me where superstardust hd, motor storm , and kill zone 3.
