Unable to play campaign. *BUG* PLEASE FIX

I am unable to complete the campaign.

Mission Provocation - Third part of the mission (the docks mission) it shows the beginning cutscene with the digital layout of the trees and the docks and then the game crashes the xbox one.

Steps I've tried to resolve the issue.

Removed the plug from the xbox and let it sit overnight

Deleted the game from the xbox one and reinstalled

restarted my mission completely.

Please repair this issue.

How will 343 compensate everyone who ordered Halo: The Master Chief Collection?

I'm unable playing any Campaign & Matchmaking 343 just needs to fix there game all together there's no power cycle to fix this.

Try this to fix the BUZZ, CRASH and kicked to the Dashboard.

Get the 5/5/16 update downloaded, it's 1897 MB.

Start the game. Wait in the main Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 title screen. That means do not press X or A right away. After about a minute an update should load. On the screen (upper right hand corner) you will see the new version:

65.6.9.7.0

Once this file is uploaded the Campaign mode should run as it should.

It's a possibility. I know most people are playing campaign at this point.

If it's been around for that long, maybe they don't know how to fix it.

I got glitched in campaign mode the other day and couldn't melee attack until I restarted. I think I was Retro Lancer charging when a new checkpoint saved.

Also a friend of mine bought it yesterday but is unable to play. Please fix!!
