Unable to play Black Ops 4 anymore even though I played it 3 or 4 days ago with my friend

I am unable to play Black Ops 4 anymore due to the fact that it says i do not own the game. Every time i load up the game an error that says 0x803f8007 keeps coming up as well as a huge text telling me that i will need to buy it even though i have bought
it and played it. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi, I filed an UA claim with xbox 4 days ago because of my accont getting banned for life because of something my "friend" did, and i was wondering how long does it take untill im able to play Black Ops 2 with my friends again.

 

Losing interest in this game

I lost interest after the first week. None of my friends that I used to play CoD 4 and 3 play CoD anymore. I lost interest in the series after Black Ops 1. Now I just played them (MW3 BOII) for the single player and immediately returned it once I completed
it.

This may mean you no longer own the content or no longer have permission to access the content. For example, you can’t access a game because you received a refund for it, or your game pre-order was canceled.

 

But i was playing the game and reached prestige 1 so i dont understand why it happened. Is their anything i can do to get the game back or do i have to call microsoft?

 

This error code suggests, that the purchase was (for whatever reason) cancelled or refunded.

You need to check Sign in to your Microsoft account and sign in with your account that purchased the game.

Check the purchase history on that page to get more information on why the purchase got cancelled/refunded.

If you can't see any information why the purchase was cancelled (maybe an expired credit card, not enough funds on your bank account, or some other problem with your card), you need to contact the official Xbox support via

There click on the Billing category with the credit card symbol.

If a virtual agent shows up, click on "No thanks". Then choose the most appropriate category from the list, and either chat with the support, or (depending on your local time of day and hours of operation for the phone hotline), have them call you by clicking
on the appropriate tile at the bottom.
